Welcome to Konul Aghaieva! By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please review these carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Information

Our products are handmade and unique. Due to their artisanal nature, there may be variations in color, texture, and size, which are part of their authenticity and not considered defects.

2. Order Process and Confirmation

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Euro and include applicable taxes (VAT). Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept various payment methods. For security, payments are processed through secure payment gateways that comply with the latest industry standards.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Each piece is made to order so allow this time for the creation of a garment specifically for you.
  • Delivery in France and Internationally: We offer standard and express shipping within France, EU, and international shipping. For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under French law, you have a right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us through the contact form within the 14-day period.

  • Return Process: If you wish to return an item, it must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, exactly in the same condition that its was sent in. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or, in the case of faulty items, once the issue is confirmed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are committed to protecting your personal data. By placing an order, you agree to our use of your data solely for processing your order, shipping, and communication related to your purchase.
