Refund policy

If something isn't working for you, let us know via email (konulaghaieva@gmail.com) and send the item(s) back in original condition within 14 days of when you received your parcel. Please take care when trying on your items and if you decide you would like to return something please ensure that it is unworn and unwashed. We can’t yet afford the cost of return postage and we appreciate your understanding.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
